Lance Sparks

Pastor Sparks received his training at
Washington Bible College in Lanham, Maryland and at Grace
Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, Indiana. He has served
the Lord in two previous Southern California churches and is
currently the Senior Pastor of Christ Community Church in
West Covina, California. He is heard each weekday at 2:30
p.m. on “Living Word,” a Southern California (KBRT 740
AM) radio broadcast.
He and his wife, Laurie, have eight children and live in
Fontana. |

Greg Stephenson
Associate Pastor |

Greg was with Christ Community Church in
the early days of our ministry, and then went to Grace
Community Church and The Master’s Seminary in Sun Valley,
CA. While completing his Master of Divinity degree at The
Master’s Seminary, Greg served as Assistant Pastor of
Outreach Ministries, with specific responsibility of the
administration of Grace Ministries International, the
missionary sending arm of Grace Community Church. Greg has
long had a passion for missions, having served for a time in
New Zealand and then serving at another large church in
Southern California as the Director of Missionary
Candidates. Greg returned to Christ Community Church in
2002 and currently serves as the Associate Pastor of
Outreach and Discipleship. He and his wife, Traci, have one son. |

Peggy Casler
Director, Women's
Ministries |

Peggy is the Business Administrator at
Christ Community Church. She studied business in college,
worked in management in the insurance field, and has
operated two family owned businesses. Although she is on
staff, her passion and ministry is women. Peggy directs a
dedicated team of committed women who oversee all facets of
Women’s ministries including: Bible studies, Women of
Prayer, nursery, regular programs and special events for
women at Christ Community Church. She and her husband,
Larry, have married children.

Drew Sparks

Drew has attended CCC from its beginning in 1994. He came on staff as the youth Pastor in 2009. His two favorite aspects of the ministry are preaching biblical truths, and helping students understand their role in today’s world as “salt and light”. His ultimate goal is to help train the male students to become young men of God who will lead in all aspects of life. Drew received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Lancaster Bible College and is pursuing a Master’s in Theology from Veritas Evangelical Seminary |
